How it started
Jury-X was created out of a need to understand jurors’ personalities, beyond the courtroom — particularly in Big Tobacco trials where Plaintiff's attorneys face an adversary with unlimited resources and extensive experience in voir dire. Our process proved highly successful in those early trials and we’ve fine-tuned our method to achieve remarkable results across all types of civil litigation cases, including medical malpractice trials.
How it’s going
We take immense pride in our track record, having assisted in jury selection for more than 900 trials nationwide since 2013. Our research and courtroom experience is unparalleled. No other firm can match the accuracy, speed and depth of knowledge for identifying juror bias outside the courtroom.
